Business Consultant, Founder
I started in commerce back in 2007, when as a nineteen-year-old university student I began to do business in finance (Partners, Fincentrum). But because my views about the nature of a financial consultant’s services very soon started to diverge from the reality of large MLM consultation firms, in 2010 I co-founded my own financial consultation company, Orego finance, and soon after this my estate agency, Orego reality, with the intention of providing services of a better quality than was usual on the market at the time. However, after eight years in finance/real estate I started to realise that the market was changing and was becoming far more digitised. And so in 2015 I sold my interest in Orego to the current owner and started to shift my finance and real estate business online.
I co-founded the mortgage portal Hypokram.cz and the real estate portal Expresnivykup.cz, going deeper and deeper into the online world, for which I soon developed a passion. As a result other doors and other opportunities started to open up for me: I co-founded the e-shops Stejkshop.cz, Rawstore.cz and Vitalfactory.cz, and under my business brand eCLIENTS I managed online business as a business consultant, for example for the IPC network of pharmacies and other interesting clients. In 2018 I received an offer from MallGroup to lead a customer and sales programme entrusted to me as the programme manager. For me, working for Mall was highly motivational due to the ongoing transformation, of which I was an integral part. The aim was to move Mall forwards rapidly, which was a great challenge that I happily accepted.
WAYS TO DESIGN WEBSITES
If you need a new e-shop or website developed, usually a graphic designer designs it for you, ideally in cooperation with a UX specialist, and in the end a developer programs the website in a chosen programming language. However, how is it possible, that when creating your, often the only sales tool – your e-shop – you rely on people who have never sold anything to anybody in their life and do not have any practical experience with business as such?
Our task is to introduce the business know-how into the web applications management. To design an application so that it looks good, but, in particular, fulfils its primary function – to sell for real.
We have many years of experience with the off-line business. We have gradually transferred all our knowledge to the online sector and today we help our clients present themselves on the Internet and sell products or services they are offering on their websites efficiently.
